Reimagining Access to Occupational Health
- Designed and pioneered WHISP (Work and Health Integrated Support Pathway) to integrate healthcare, employment support, vocational rehabilitation and occupational health.
- Embedded CHWA (Clinical Health and Work Assessment) — a clinically governed, evidence-based assessment of health conditions affecting work.
- Opened access to specialist support for groups traditionally excluded from employer-funded occupational health: unemployed, self-employed and workers without OH provision.
- Enhanced support for NEETs, including those with mental health or neurodiversity-related needs, enabling confidence-building and progression toward sustainable employment.

Founded and lead WHIC, bringing together research, innovation, education and international collaboration to improve workforce health, workplace wellbeing and economic participation.
